ImmoScout24 is the leading operator of digital property marketplaces in Germany, serving 3.5 million monthly users. I joined the organization prior to their major rebranding, collaborating across teams to help define the new brand identity while ensuring it translated effectively into functional UX research, usability testing, and product development.
The Challenge: Bridging Brand and Performance
The core objective was to harmonize the new brand vision with the complex user journeys of both customers and agents. Following a fundamental review of the existing product experience, I identified opportunities to streamline fragmented paths and make the high-traffic journeys more intuitive. The challenge was to maintain the platform's market-leading performance while executing a complete interface overhaul that felt cohesive and modern.
